Weddings are exciting and life changing events. A lot of time and thought go into the planning and execution of a flawless wedding.

A good thing to know would be if there are different considerations when it comes to wedding planning for Christians. For e.g. If there is going to be no alcohol at the wedding, is that something to be handled via word of mouth or is there a chapter in the etiquette book to cover where it would appear on the wedding invitations?

If you find that one out, please let me know. Not that I’m getting married anytime soon, but I do like to be prepared. Another question I’ve always had was, who started the idea of inviting guests to the church service and not to the reception. Is that even Christlike?
